Iowa Championship Weekend at Humboldt

Humboldt, Iowa will host the “Championship Weekend” for Iowa Harness racing.

The seasonal points leaders will compete not only for bragging rights, but increased purses from 2019.

Consolation races will be held on Saturday (9/26), competing for $9,000 per division. The race purses are also increased to $3,000 per division.

Sunday (9/27) will highlight the season leaders in the Championship Final. All divisions of two and three-year-olds (trotters and pacers) will compete for $18,000. Aged Iowa horses will also race to secure their position as the “2020 Champions” on Sunday.
