At Pompano Park on Monday (4/4), Fred And Roz (Joseph Chindano Jr) charged out of the five-hole to take full command of race nine.  Cutting the mile in 27.1, 55.4 and 1:28.4, Fred And Roz held the lead by a length as they turned for home.  At the finish line, horses were separated by a photo, with Fred And Roz taking the win in 1:53 flat.

 

On Friday (4/8) at Cal Expo, Anotherblazinwoman (Luke Plano) had the rail in race four.  Away fourth at the quarter-pole, Anotherblazinwoman was still on the rail in fifth as they reached the half.  Pulling in line to the outside, Anotherblazinwoman tracked sixth, parked at the three-quarters.  Looking for racing room, Anotherblazinwoman found another gear down the stretch.  With a last quarter in 27.1, Antherblazinwoman picked up another hot win for Alan and Cheryl Sandbulte, mile in 1:54.2.

 

In race seven, Iowa girls competed against each other.  Brooklyn Wind Up (Luke Plano had the rail, Give Me This Dance (James Kennedy) the five-hole and May Day Maggie (Nick Roland) the six.  As the gate folded, May Day Maggie sprinted for the lead, while Give Me This Dance made her work for, parking her to the quarter.  Gaining the top, May Day Maggie led the fillies and mares around the track, quarters in 29.1, 59.2 and 1:28.3.  Taking over the lead at the top of the stretch, Give Me This Dance waltzed to the finish line in 1:55.1, last  quarter in 26.2.  May Day Maggie grabbed second and Brooklyn Wind Up hit the board for show.

 

In race twelve at The Meadows, It’s So Fluffy (Aaron Merriman) drew the four-hole.  Second at the quarter, It’s So Fluffy made a move to take over as they reached the half.  Up by over a length, It’s So Fluffy cruised to the wire for the win, trotting in 1:57.2.

 

CR Blazin Beauty (Drew Monti) had post-position two in the tenth race at Buffalo Raceway on Saturday (4/9).  Not wanting the rail, CR Blazin Beauty took the lead while parked to the quarter.

With fractions in 29.3, 1:00.1 and 1:30.0, CR Blazin Beauty was up by six lengths as she raced past the three-quarter pole.  Having the race wrapped up, CR Blazin Beauty trotted to victory, crossing the line in 1:59.3.

 

My Money Honey (Kyle Cummings) competed in race eleven, also from the two-hole.  Sitting fourth until the stretch, My Money Honey paced a last quarter in 28.4 for third, his mile in 1:57.2.

 

Over at Northfield Park, Jumping Jillybean (MItchell Cushing) got the pocket trip from the two-hole in race twelve.  As they raced for the finish line, Jumping Jillybean hit the board second in 1:54.1, paying a whopping $24.40 to place and $10.00 to show.

 

On Sunday (4/10) at Cal Expo, Jennie Ann (James Kennedy) drew the rail in race three.  Siting second until past the half, Jennie Ann pulled to the outside, parked third at the three-quarters.  With plenty of pace in the tank, Jennie Ann took over the lead and put the field away.  Winning by over five lengths, Jennie Ann returned victorious to the winners circle for owner Rob Anderson, pacing in 1:54.3.

 

And at The Downs at Mohegan Sun Pocono, DP Rocket (Matt Kakaley) rocketed out of the six hole in race seven.  Cutting the mile in 29.0, 58.2 and 1:27.3, DP Rocket had plenty of fuel left as he reached the stretch.  Trotting home in 29.1, DP Rocket picked up the win in 1:56.4.
