Tuesday (4/19) at Miami Valley Raceway, Almost Karen (Brett Miller) competed in race two from post-position four.  Fifth on the rail until the half, Almost Karen pulled behind cover, parked fifth at the three-quarters.  Up to fourth at the top of the stretch, Almost Karen paced home in 29.1 to hit the board for second, her mile in 1:55.2.

 

Assigned the six-hole in the Fillies & Mares Open Handicap, race eight, Snobbytown (Chris Page) didn’t let the post-position deter her.  Straight to the top, Snobbytown set the pace in 27.0, 56.0 and 1:23.2.  With more in the tank, Snobbytown flew home in 28.3 to pick up the win in a blistering 1:52 flat.

 

DP Rocket (Brent Holland) had the four-hole in race nine at Yonkers Raceway on Wednesday (4/20).  Fourth at the quarter, DP Rocket decided the outside was where he needed to be. Parked fourth at the half, DP Rocket inched up on the leaders.  Parked in second past the three-quarter-pole, DP Rocket was full steam ahead as they raced down the lane.  At the wire, it was DP Rocket in the photo for the win, pacing in 1:55.4.

 

On Thursday (4/21) at Yonkers Raceway, Bitty Bitty (Jordan Stratton) had the rail in race seven.  Competitors parked her to the quarter but Bitty Bitty grabbed the lead.  Cutting the mile in 28.1, 57.0 and 1:25.1, Bitty Bitty led the pacers to the top of the lane.  With a kick to the finish line, Bitty Bitty crossed the line in 1:53.2, winning for Its Only Money Stable.

 

At Cal Expo on Friday (4/22), Frewil Dakota Sven (Cordarius Stewart) and Frisky Pedro (Luke Plano) met in race five.  As Frewil Dakota Sven charged out from the seven-hole to take the lead, Frisky Pedro settled into the pocket.  Fractions in 28.4, 59.1 and 1:27.4, Frewil Dakota Sven rounded the last turn, up by over two lengths.  Crossing the wire victorious, Frewil Dakota Sven paced in 1:55 flat, with Frisky Pedro capturing second, his mile in 1:55.2.

 

At The Meadows, Heavy Handed Hanna (Aaron Merriman) had the five-hole in race three.  With a quick brush to the front, Heavy Handed Hanna was in complete control of the race.  27.3, 57.1 and 1:25.4, Heavy Handed Hanna was up on the field by a length as she turned for home.  Last quarter in 30.1, it was all Heavy Handed Hanna for the win, her mile in 1:56.0.

 

CR Blazin Beauty (Kyle Cummings) had the rail in race seven at Buffalo Raceway on Saturday (4/23).  Getting the pocket trip, CR Blazin Beauty hit the board for show, trotting her mile in 1:57.4.

 

In race eleven, My Money Honey (Kyle Cummings) drew the two-hole.  Sitting third the entire mile, My Money Honey placed third, by a length, his mile in 1:55.2.

 

In the opener at Cal Expo on Sunday (4/24), Marced Magic (Lemoyne Svendson) sprang from the six-hole to sit second at the quarter, Still second at the half, Marced Magic was shuffled back to fourth as they raced past the three-quarter-pole.  Finding room in the stretch, Marced Magic sprinted down the lane to grab the win, pacing in 1:53.1.

 

In the eighth race, going 1 ½ miles, Brooklyn Wind Up (Nick Roland) floated out sixth from post-position six.  Racing on the outside, Brooklyn Wind Up went from sixth to second as pacers turned towards the finish line.  Second by a head, Brooklyn Wind Up paced the distance in 2:57.1 for owners Brady Jenson and Christopher Manatt.

 

Competing again on Sunday, Almost Karen (Brett Miller) drew the seven-hole in race four at Miami Valley Raceway.  Pushing the gate out of her way, Almost Karen cut the mile in 28.0, 56.3 and 1:23.3.  Unable to hold off the hard charging Lovely Munro (Chris Page), Almost Karen placed second, her mile in 1:54.1.

 

At Rosecroft Raceway, Walking With Elias (Eric Davis) got away first from the five-hole in race two.  Relinquishing the lead, Walking With Elias sat second as they raced around the track.  In the drive for the stretch, Walking With Elias managed to get up for third, his mile in 1:54.1.

 

Over to Saratoga Harness, Mnemonic (Jim Devaux) had the seven-hole in race eleven.  Seventh at the quarter, parked seventh at the half, Mnemonic had only worked her way up to sixth as they passed the three-quarters.  Fourth at the top of the lane, Mnemonic found her gear and sprinted for home.  Crossing the wire, Mnemonic clinched the race, winning by a head in the photo finish, race time in 2:00.1.
