IaHHA Annual Meeting and Banquet canceled

Due to ongoing Covid restrictions the Iowa Harness Horseman’s Association has unfortunately been forced to cancel it’s 2020 year end awards banquet and membership meeting.

Arrangements will be made to deliver awards to all recipients.

Celebrations for 2020 Hall Of Fame inductees will be included with the 2021 awards banquet.

For 2021 the three open director seats include two at-large seats as well as District 2 (Allamakee, Fayette Clayton Buchanan Delaware, Dubuque, Linn, Jones, Jackson, Cedar and Clinton counties plus Wisconsin).

Due to the cancellation elections for open director positions will be conducted via mail in ballots.

Nominations for the director elections must be made to IaHHA secretary Dana Meyer by phone or text at (515)341-9034 or by email to iowaharnesshorseassociation@gmail.com by January 8th.

Ballots will be mailed with 2021 membership forms on January 9th to all 2020 members, as well as posted online.

All returned ballots must include a completed paid membership form and be received by January 22nd.

Returned ballots will be counted Friday evening, January 22nd at Sundance Lanes Bowling Alley in Humboldt.
